We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced bilingual (French and English) Tax and corporate practitioner for our Montreal Office who is entrepreneurial, technical with excellent interpersonal and marketing skills.

Prospective candidates are members of Chambre des Notaires or Barreau du Quebec and have approximately 2-5 years experience. They would possess skillset and confidence to help lead the Firm’s practice within the Montreal office. An established book of business would be considered an asset.

We are recruiting an experienced Estate Planning/ Tax Lawyer to join our team of cross border experts. The ideal candidate will be specialized in corporate tax and possess a strong background in providing clients with top-tier analysis, advice and implementation of strategic tax plans.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 – 10 years of practice experience and be a member in good standing of a Canadian law society. Candidates should also be a member of an American Bar. An established book of business would be considered an asset.
