Isha Rana is a tax lawyer with experience advising high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and family offices on complex domestic and international tax matters. Her practice encompasses the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investments, corporate reorganizations, and tax controversy across multiple jurisdictions.

Isha is also experienced in advising not-for-profit organizations on tax-efficient structuring, charitable registration and qualified donee status, and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Before joining Altro LLP, Isha practiced at K&L Gates in Sydney, Australia, bringing a strong international perspective and technical foundation to her cross-border advisory work.
